Our
Ordering Procedure
When you place an order with us our relationship is only
beginning. We endeavor to keep you informed throughout the
ordering process by a series of e-mails that follow your
order from our Web site to your front door. Within 30 minutes
of placing your order on our Web site you will receive a
confirmation e-mail. This lets you know your order
was received by us and provides you with your order number
and relevant contact information should you have further
questions. This e-mail will also serve as your receipt.
The warehouse acknowledgement e-mail will follow,
usually within 24 hours. This notice informs you that your
order is now in the hands of our warehouse and is being
processed for shipping. Once your order has shipped you
will receive a final shipping notification e-mail
that contains your tracking information. If at any time
you have questions or feedback, simply reply to any of our
e-mails and we will get back to you with a response as soon as we can.
We know how important it is for you to receive
your order, and it's our job to make sure you're completely
satisfied with the entire process.

Payment and Ordering
Information
We currently accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. Orders
are currently accepted online from the Compaq Presario Web site.
Unfortunately we cannot accept COD or purchase orders
at this time.

Shipping
and Handling Fees
We currently offer shipping via FedEx. Orders will
be charged £4.99 for shipping and handling regardless of the number
of titles included in your order. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of
payment processing. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Shipping
At this time orders can only be shipping within the UK and Ireland.

Order
Cancellation
Due to the speed and efficiency of our automated ordering
system orders are processed continuously throughout the
day and cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
