PRODUCT LINES
MLT Vacations Inc. sells two product lines:

 

Both product lines feature air transportation, accommodations, car rentals, sightseeing tours, airport/hotel transfers and a variety of mix and match components for travelers to customize their vacations.

Worry-Free Vacations is a value-oriented charter program. Carriers such as Champion Airlines, Omni Airlines and Northwest Airlines operate flights. These vacations begin in departure cities such as Minneapolis, Detroit, Denver, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Memphis, Colorado Springs and more. The destinations on Worry-Free Vacations include the Caribbean, select areas of the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica. Departure and destination cities may vary depending on the season.

Northwest Airlines WorldVacations offers scheduled air service via Northwest Airlines and its code share partners, including KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Any city Northwest or a code share partner operates out of is a departure city for a Northwest WorldVacation. Destinations are wide and varied through the Unites States, Asia, Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and Canada.

A big challenge for MLT Vacations Inc. is to be an effective "bundler" of both of our product lines. We must consistently add value for the producers and consumers of vacation components.

Bundler: one who collects things and binds them together into a package.
