In-house specials may be purchased by anyone listed on the employee's 'Charter Eligible Family Members List'. The charter eligible family members may travel WITHOUT the employee.

The employee may purchase an in-house special for one companion who is not listed on the 'Charter eligible family member list'. The employee must travel WITH the companion.

In-house specials are confidential, non-refundable and non-transferable. In the case of any flight irregularity, passengers who have purchased this reduced fare are not eligible for any compensation.

Travel request forms are available in the travel department. Include all information and required signatures. Your reporting manager's signature verifies that you are eligible for travel benefits and the you have requested and been approved for time off.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal check, made payable to MLT Inc. A $50 service fee will be assessed for a returned non-sufficient funds check.
