Solicitation of a Land Special
Direct solicitation of MLT's suppliers for complimentary, special or discounted rates is prohibited. All requests
must be processed through the employee travel department.
Through the Employee Travel Department employees may purchase MLT products at the "employee rate"
or special offers published in the Intranet site for employee land specials. Also, an active employee possessing
a current IATAN ID card, may call a hotel reservation line and request a travel agent rate.

Pass Level on Mesaba RJ - 5W/6W
Regular airlink service on Mesaba and Express does NOT allow the use of Employee Easy Write passes.
Regional Jet Service on Mesaba and Express designated as (RJ) does allow stand-by travel using easy write passes.
- Express RJ flights are regular pass levels of "5" for employee, spouse and dependent children
and "6P" for parents.
- Mesaba RJ flights pass levels are "5W" for employee, spouse and dependent children and "6W"
for parents.
