In order to accommodate employee requests, a minimum of 14 days prior to your requested travel dates will be imposed except in extreme circumstances. Your cooperation is appreciated.

What if I just want to know rates, but I'm not sure I want to confirm a reservation yet?
You may request rate quotes. However, if you want us to book/confirm the request, attach a check to the request form or provide appropriate credit card information.

What if I change my mind or I can't go after you've booked something for me?
Please be firm in your commitment when requesting employee special room rates and/or attractions. Keep in mind that MLT Vacations is personally asking the sales representatives to fulfill your request. Every time the dates change or are canceled, extra work is passed on to the sales representatives. It is important to our ongoing business relationship to be respectful of our suppliers' time and their good will toward us.

MLT cancel fee policy applies to bookings made by employees for products purchased at either the employee net rate or a commission off discount. If you cancel a booking after it is paid cancel fees will be charged.

Are there any rates available to me for non-MLT suppliers (cars, hotels, etc.)?
Industry rates for non-MLT suppliers (cars, hotels, etc.) may be available to employees who hold IATAN cards. The employee must handle these arrangements directly with the non-MLT supplier.

What is an IATAN card and how do I get one?
MLT employees register with the International Airline Travel Agents Network by completing the IATAN application. After a six month waiting period, IATAN sends the employee an application for a card. The employee provides a photo and pays a fee of $15.00 to receive a membership card. Many suppliers offer travel agent discounts that require the employee to show their IATAN card.

Does MLT have any transportation discounts available to me once I get to my destination?
Employees are responsible for their own transportation between airport & hotel. MLT does sell transfers with some of our destinations. However, transfers are not a complimentary service to employees. Each destination has independent ground handlers and there is a cost for the services they provide. Explore transportation options in the area, such as rental cars, taxi service, buses, etc.
