Onsite Banner Advertisement

I split these banners into these onsite promotions: Your Career, My Profile, Registration, Internet JobFair, Training and general branding. I am unsure if we should use the final category onsite, only because I do not know where they would link (perhaps they could be used in server-down situations or for offsite use).

Anyhow, I tried to keep a visual consistency amongst them. I also tried to use them to educate the user on which navigational section they would use find various promotions/items in the future. The tabs are from the new market shell that will be up shortly.
